Welcome to the Voiceflow Basics course!

This course is designed for newcomers to Voiceflow. Think of it as an orientation - we'll show you how to use the platform, as well as teach you the core skills you'll need to build AI agents. Once you've finished this course, you'll be ready to dive deeper with our use-case based courses, or build your own AI agent from scratch.

• Create a Voiceflow project and add steps to the canvas
• Accept user input using buttons, entities and intents
• Use variables and the condition step to add logic to your agent
• Connect to third-party services, like Zendesk, Airtable, and Notion
• Build more complex projects using components and multiple workflows
• Use AI to enhance your agent
• Launch your agent using webchat or voice

Hey, welcome to Voiceflow. These videos are designed to get you up and running with the core fundamentals of Voiceflow so you can build your own AI agents. If you didn't already know, Voiceflow is a platform that makes it easy to build, deploy and manage AI agents and to automate customer experiences.

To follow along with these tutorials you're going to need to sign into your Voiceflow account, then head over to creator.voiceflow.com. From there click new agent and when you're asked to import a URL, enter to voiceflow.com. Once that's all done, you're ready to go and follow along and explore Voiceflow. We're going to build our first flow together.
